ABDG hosted their sixth Annual Mike Scioscia Charity Golf Tournament at Moorpark Country Club in Moorpark, CA on November 9th, 2009. The event was a great success raising more funds to support amateur baseball in Southern California.

The tournament is fortunate to be supported by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim, Manager Mike Scioscia, Angels coaches and players past and present along with other players from Major League teams. Players and coaches who have attended are Mike Scioscia, Buddy Black, Mickey Hatcher, Ron Roenicke, Garrett Anderson, Jered Weaver, Jon Garland, Jack Wilson, Darin Erstad, James Shields and Sparky Anderson to name a few.
